Basically this theory is, back in ancient civilizations ancient man was visited by Aliens, whom they worshiped as Gods.

I saw a very convincing documentary about it on the History Channel (I'll I do is watch that or the Discovery Channel :P)

They had several paintings, writings, creations to suggest there were alien visitors, such as drawings of Alien looking beings, ex http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ancientastronauts.jpg.

And one ancient site, cant remember name, made back in the stone ages was made that engineers think even today would be impossible to recreate cause of the neatness of the cuts, the straightness of the lines, and a thing like it built would need written design etc. which stone age people didn't have.

So do you think it is possible that Aliens visited Ancient Humans? And if there was proof they did, what effect would it have on your way of thinking?

human shaped skulls and some kind of sword

to be honest mate i think your tryin too hard to try and create differant theorys there is no proof of us taking advice from aliens. it would take a cave painting of predator or a space ship to register.

My Dad believes that theory. He has a rather convincing argument about it too, Its made me believe it.
It's quite weird that there's gap in human knowledge. Like for example how we figured out how to build pyramids. That knowledge seemed to appear from no where, then just disappear, because no one built anything like that after. So maybe something with the knowledge left? :/ Theres also Egyptian hieroglyphics showing pictures of UFO's.

The Mayan's also say about God's that came from the stars.
There's also some pictures that are drawn which can only be seen from the sky, how would we be able to do that if we couldn't fly :/
It all just seems a bit strange to me. There's just no plausible explanation.

I've also heard a theory that those Egyptians developed some sort of aeroplane, because they found a model of something that resembled a plane. Meaning if it's true, then they beat the American Wright brothers to it by thousands of years. xD

I somewhat doubt the Ancient Egyptians were visited by aliens, but I do believe they were just a very intelligent civilization.

Oh my, so many conspiracies. Since I can't go in depth with all of them and still get to sleep, I strongly do not believe that extra-terrestrials ever visited Earth (yet). We take for granted how intelligent our ancestors actually were. Making pyramids is extremely difficult, but possible with some of the technology they possessed. Paintings are poor evidence of extra-terrestrials. You can tell by their drawings that they (past civilizations) weren't great artists. I believe people see "aliens" because that is what they want to see (kind of like ink blots).

you know come to think of it this whole pyramid business may just be built as a way to be closer to their gods.
as you notice they're built with a strong base which could represent the support of the structure (peasents lower down in the chain) getting higher and narrower to represent more important figures and at the top would be the leaders/ most important representatives eg pharohes and priests who at the time where seen as better than others therefore claiming a better closer spot to the gods.

does this make sense or am i just poking holes in things i thought of this as it seems no matter where you go in the world you see tall pyramid style structures.

egypt, central america and in more oriental locations like the forbidden city in china with the palace
