im a varsity swimmer and after practices a lot of guys shower in there baiting suits and some shower nude we swim at a collage and some guys come in and shower after the gym and they shower nude and i don't think i have ever seen one wit an erection but i don't look just take a pair of shorts to shower in then when u go to wash down there face away from everyone wash rinse and then pull them back up and you will be all set

I have showered nude at the public baths (swimming pool) and gym. Its no big deal really. Actually it feels kinda adult to just get on with it and stay cool.

it really just takes getting used to, i was scared to shower in cubicles the first time, and to get completely nude. But after a few times I realized there isn't really anything to be scared about, people don't stare or laugh. Don't worry about it

I used to get an erection every time i showered in public, but with time the awkwardness, or whatever it is goes away and you just do your thing. plus you will probably be with people you will never have to interact with afterwards so no biggy.

I hit the gym 3 times a week and for how much I can be sweaty I never shower there...It's like 20 mins from home and I just throw half a tone of Axe on me and that's it. If it's winter I just dry my hair very well (I change everything but underwear when ending with workout, so hair is the only sweaty thing on me) and put a cap on. Most of the guys that come there don't shower so I think it won't be any problem if you don't as well.
Besides that, you can just wear your swimsuit and shower in that or put a towel around you and get it off in the cabin, not a big deal anyways...
I actually showered in the gym a few times (cos I had to be clean rightaway and had no time to come home) and I just got naked in the cabin, put a towel around me, got in the shower, took the towel off and showered...
