Hi dos anybody know of any good softwar for recording my sax onto my comp. Also dose anybody know of a that i could get to get better sound quality that would be a reasonable price. B/c all i am using right now is a headset mic placed next to the bell of the sax.

Look on Ebay for one of those clip mics that are used on TV and clip it to the bell. Software, I'd use
Audacity.

Personally I use GarageBand (free with Macs) but I'm assuming you're using windows so I'd reccomend CakeWalk or Fruity Loops.
