Shoulders got bigger?

Over the past few weeks I have had pains in my shoulder and they seem to have got bigger. Sorry if this is a stupid question but is this what happens in puberty?

It could be just growth pains. But, I don't think its really puberty, so moving to General Hospital.
But yeah I doubt puberty has anything to do with that.
