So, I was wondering;
Do any of you sweat like, a lot?
Like, barely any kind of deodorant works?

I have like, no idea what to use since even deodorant with the highest concentration of that main ingredient doesn't work.

Anyone wanna help me?

Yes im not a girl but i think i can help

after all there isnt much difference in sweating (i think) lol

Anways have you tried antipersspirent, but i really dont think theres much you can do to stop or lessen the sweating cause all deoderant does is convert nasty smells to a freshier scent. But i think antipersspirent lessens it but im not sure, you should probably try that. ^_^

I'm afraid you're gonna have to put up with it. I sweat probably a normal amount but it always feels like it gets in the way. Lucky, I don't smell because of the deodorant I use, but just the wetness makes me feel uncomfortable...

I'm pretty sure that all of the women's deodorants are antipersperant too. I sometimes use men's deodorant after I've bathed and then women's when I'm getting ready to go somewhere.

What's worse is that I actually sweat more in places where I can't use antiperspirants. I hate how sweaty my face gets when it's hot and my hands get pretty bad too.

The only long term solution is actually botox injections into the affected areas, but you don't wanna be doing that. I just suggest keeping yourself as cool as possible and clean regularly (even if it's just washing under your arms whenever you can). Some deos aren't too good at keeping you dry, so you might want to try a couple different ones and in this case, I think brand names are better than the value ones. Once you get one that works best for you, stick to it. But everyone is different and need to find their own.

Talk to your doctor. My mom sweats more than normal too, and even the "clinical strength" over the counter stuff just isn't enough to really stop it all day. Your doctor can give you prescription deodorant though. My mom doesn't use hers every day, she doesn't find that she needs to. Using it a few times really helps, and then she uses regular deodorant/antipersperant for a while. She says it sort of "burns" her armpits a little. It's not actual chemical burns and it's not really painful, but it's like it does something to really prevent the sweat being released so much.

If you just can't find an over the counter product, talk to your general physician. Either they can help, or they can recommend a dermatologist.

I really do understand what your going through, for the past 2 years i have had to bring a sweatshirt wherever i go for when you can see the sweat.
1st i got something from target and that didnt help
then i went to the doctor and they gave me Drysol. it helps a little bit but it burns. its totally worth it, i have it so bad. i am going back soon im going to ask if i should get surgery or somthing. i have it in the underarm area, back, and chest.

if you need anything else PM me i have alot of experiance with this

Well, first of all, try mens deoderant.
For some reason, the companies assume men sweat more then women, thus most mens deoderant is way stronger then womens.
I sweat a lot too. :/ Dove and Degree work for me, so I haven't resorted to mens deoderant, but I would recommend it. My friend uses it and she loves it even better then girls deoderant.
Also, there are deoderants that your doctor can prescribe to you, and that you can buy in the store that while they are more expensive, they work very well. Ask your doctor next time you go if you are very concerned, but there are products that work well to disguise sweat.=)
