Your fine. Penis growth is very gradual, and you are only 13, barely started the wonderful world of teenage puberty.
You have years to grow. Plus, you already have a fine penis size, even if by chance it were to stop growing.

Well, the flaccid size (non-erect) really has nothing to do with your erect size.

And, 4 inches is the average for a 13 year old erect, so you are doing very good.

plus dick length is genetic( or so i've heard ) if you dads bigger you'll probably be close to the same size. plus you've got years to go before puberty ends.

There are some rare diseases out there that affects growth overall, but in your case you clearly don't have any problems as your penis size is actually quite big for someone your age. The reality is that some 13 year olds have not even started puberty, and you are actually ahead of the game.

Think of a penis like a balloon. When we guys are aroused, then the penis gets big much like balloon when it is filled with air. When a guy is not aroused and the penis is not needed, then it goes flaccid like a balloon with the air out. Basically, what I am saying is that a large balloon can appear quite small when it is not filled with air. Likewise, someone with a large penis does often appear small when the penis is flaccid. In short, all of our penises look small when we are flat/flaccid, and your issue is not a problem.


In short, you are normal, and you have nothing about which to worry. For 13 you are fine, and you are developing fine. No 13 year old is fully grown, and puberty is a 4-5 process in which the body grows in stages. Nearly all of us who have been through puberty had our growth gradually, and things did not end for a lot of us until the end of high school. You have time, and don't fret about things over which you have no control. Just eat right (www.mypyramid.gov), stay away from alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, and exercise in moderation to have a good body.
