Although there were negative comments, I'm sure if you ignored them people would be able to take you seriously and post positive advice. I'm pretty sure if you looked between the insults, there was someone trying to help.
The great thing about the internet is that if someone tries to insult you, you can simply avoid it. It's not like they're in your face, they're probably halfway across the world and the only one who's fueling them more is you.

being judged because you're gay, black, white, straight, bi, whatever, it hurts. no matter where the other person is in the world.

If you go in there with a level head, people have no reason to treat you wrong. If every member were disrespectful of each other and bashed each other constantly, the site would have fallen apart by now because no one would want to talk to each other haha.

well some of them are sticking up for eachother
but it seems that whenever a new member joins they start trouble
i was only coming to my mere defence

They don't judge on orientation, race, or any other physical aspect. If you can't take certain posts with a grain of salt, they're going to attack you because they know you'll get upset. They say a lot of stuff that I SHOULD be insulted by, but because I know that it doesn't really matter I can just get over it. They're cool people, they just take advantage of people who take EVERYTHING seriously. Which is ridiculous for an internet forum.

well im not too familiar with arg.com but it sounds to me like it's a forum i wouldn't want to join in the first place...if someone attacks me because they know im going to get upset then i wouldn't want to join them anyways....

In one of the threads you were in an argument in, one of the mods stated you were unbanned.

Many people here have been irritated by some of these new "ARG" members. You definitely aren't the only one there. However, not everyone from ARG will be a complete moron, I'm sure they can't all be that obnoxious. :P
It's best to ignore the ones delibrately causing drama/trouble, it'll all pass eventually.

Right we don't need a thread bashing another site.
