I currently play for an airsoft team, and recently MAG(Maine Airsoft Group) Held their yearly big event Labeled dday. Where the Allies try and over run the Axis by taking key points such as Saw Nests and Bunkers. Unfortunatly this year, my team was put on the Axis side along with Noobs, old people, and kids who had never played befor. Clearly the game was rigged.
None the less, we held out for a long time. Holding each spot untill the allies over ran us, and took said points. Im not quite sure why im sharing this with you =\

Yeah I never have played a recreation game, we have played milsims based on Vietnam and black hawk down. Soon to be doing a WW2 reinactment in Germany.

Was everyone in proper gear and have guns related to the time of D-Day?

Its hard to be in full proper gear in todays day and age. Most of us were using common weapons, even i was out of date. I had a modern MP5 and a Vietnam Style M14.

Not bad I guess, at our milsims is usually just green versus desert and a few have the real gear and the correct type of guns.

I cannot afford to buy enough modern guns for my liking than get world war guns as well :(

The gun im planning on buying shoots 20bb's persecond with a 10.8v battery. but im going to get a 9.6v because they are cheaper, so it will shoot around 17 bb's per second.
