I'm in Tennis and want to improve my speed to catch up to balls. Any Ides?

Run a designated route on a regular basis (say, everyday). It'll improve your speed and your endurance.

I'm in tennis. And it helped me to work on foot coordination. I was able to get to the ball faster. And able to cover a wide area in short time

I'm not sure on the name of this thing but it's a ball meant for improving movement, where you toss it and it bounces in very awkward ways. You could also do the basic idea of hitting a ball against a wall (big wall) and trying to not let it hit the ground before the first/second bounce. Or, of course, get someone to hit to you and make you run all over the court, anything from hard slams to light volleys.
