I think you have a foot or sneaker fetish, and such a fetish is not entirely uncommon. While your fetish is not necessarily a bad one I really would not invade your friends' personal space by trying on their footwear or socks or try to do things with their feet. Besides the obvious issues of hygiene there is the fundamental issue of violating your friends' bodies. If you want to look up foot fetish or sneaker fetish websites and enjoy such things or have a friend who has such a fetish like you and wishes to share himself with you, then I suppose there is not a problem. Just don't do things without your friends' consent, and respect your friends' bodies and property.
