So what do you use?
I'm an Ubuntu man myself, but I do see more and more people using Gentoo, and have thought of switching.

I have OpenSUSE on my PS3. I did have Ubuntu on my desktop but I never used it, so I got rid last time I reformatted.

I'm running Ubuntu on my Dad's 'spare' Toshiba Tecra M5 laptop. Its just great. With 1gb of RAM and a 1.83ghz processor it boots up in less than a minute. And its perfect for everything I need it for. But I just bought a new HDD for my Thinkpad T41 and Windows 7 is going on that.

I just never used it. It seemed to be hastle every time I wanted to do something. I'm just far too used to the windows format tbh. Vista also seems to be running great for me now so I'm happy with it.

i put Ubuntu on my dads computer after it crashed and spend a whole day upgrading, fixing it
and i gave him my speakers, 17 inch LCD Screen, and my keyboard and mouse just to be nice
and now he is being a complete Ass about everything and wont even let me TOUCH the computer

so guess what

as of tomorrow i am NOT EVER helping him with his computer needs again and he can get his own dayum monitor speakers keyboard and mouse

I'm currently trying to figure out how to dual-boot Ubuntu with Win XP, but i'm not very OS savy, an I'm worried I might accidentally overwrite my XP installation. We'll see.
