you will know when you grow when the first stages of puberty hits. thats when your voice changes, testicals drop, hair in weird places, ect.
and your 13 and your g/f wants to give you head. ok, do what you want, but things might not go like you want. if what you told us is that basiclly, you havent hit puberty, you might not be able to ejaculate, or maybe even feel alot of pleasure. so, maybe you should wait a bit, puberty takes a while, and dont rush things, take it slow.

nobody is normal, normal for one person may be weird for another, there is no set size, everybody is differnt chances are u have hit much puberty yet,ur probably a late blomer. i would worry about it will grow in time

2 inches is abit small, but not ubnormal. Just wait till you hit puberty, when u notice some hair around the genital area and armpits and when ur voice sort of cracks and goes high. and 13 giving head, I'd advice you to keep it in ur pants for a while, 13 just aint right in my opinion

yea, it might give you incorrect thoughts (cant find right words) about different things. and nobody is normal, my friends sometimes make a lil fun of me because i started puberty much earlier than people i know, im 13 1/2 and im always mistaken for my dad on the phone since my voice is so deep. dont let ur penis size rule ur thoughts, everything(puberty)WILL happen eventually
