i overdid it and i have a small cut on my foreskin
its so painfull
what can i do?

Wash it, put some antiseptic cream on it (i.e. germoline) and leave it alone ( NO WANKING) until its completely healed up.

Put a little Vaseline jelly on it for a few days and take a break.
