I'm going to have to agree with Alex on this one. For people that use multiple toolbars, the first normal post isn't even visible until scrolling down. Let's try to limit the announcements to two and the stickies to two. Think about which has priority, which is needed. I'll be happy to help the puberty mod group out with this one if need be :)
