Wounds on the Scrotum?

Lately, I've been noticing I have, like, red wounds on some parts of the scrotum that sting like crazy. Is this normal in puberty? And If you guys have had them, what can you do to relieve some of the pain?

Is the skin kind of wrinkled a bit and sore? If it is it's most likely what I had recently what I did is just get somthing for jock itch like some kind of cream and it helped. Moisture down there sometimes causes it

I had this mildly a few months ago. Apparently its your boxers rubbing against the skin, which then sweats in the heat and the sweat irritates the skin further, making it sore. The salt in the sweat makes the wound sting.

Try softer or bigger underwear to try to stop the irritation, and wash around there on a morning and on a night, or when you feel it sting. Try putting some cream on as well such as sudocrem or germoline to sooth it. If it doesnt go consider seeing your doctor. :)

What the wound looks like is that little pieces of the skin are missing, so to say, and where it is it's very irritated and red.
