one time i was in the locker room and one of my friends that pretends that he is gay slapped my butt, he looked at me like if someone else did it..
he acts like that a lot, not too sure if he is gay or bi or wat ever but it makes me feel funny sometimes if u know what i mean...:D

First off if you get turned on or aroused in any way it could be just because someone did. If you were blind folded and sumone touched u in a way u that arouses you, it wouldnt matter gender it matters they are doing it.
You could just like spanking and it aroused it, doesnt mean it was because it was a guy. He surprised you didnt he? So u didnt see it coming and the first thought in ur mind wasnt "It had to be a guy" it was probably "I just got spanked".
Your friend might just be playing with you. There is alot of people who act gay because its amusing. (No offensive to people who dont find it amusing)
But in many places being gay isnt bad and it doesnt matter if you are so people act like that many places it is funny if your gay, many laugh and say "really?! (laugh)" its like a way to cope with it. Shocking news sometimes make us laugh. he is probably just messing with you dont take it seriously

A way I've used to get some idea if someone was gay or bi etc is to stand there talkign to them and put my hands of my hips, while doing that slowly push my boxers down (obv not off, but to reveal more), if you see them stare there then ;), even more obvious (and a little funny) if they stare and then suddenly remember where they are and look away very suddenly hehe, though make sure you pretend to not notice them do this ^^

Like other people said though, he might just be being "laddish" and messing around...
