A Poem For My Sister

Heart of gold,
Too good for this place,
I see the tear,
Fall down your face.
I want to help,
Take away the pain,
To hold your hand,
And take the strain.
Always I will be there,
Until the bitter end,
I love you, my sister,
My most treasured friend.

That's a powerful poem Rachel, and I hope she feels a bit better... Even if she doesn't talk to you much, so long as she knows you're there for her, that's all you can ask of her... To accept you as her protector. ;) I know that if I had a[n older] brother or sister that was home (both my half-brother and half-sister are already out of college), I would really appreciate it if they stood by my side and protected me... Especially considering how much of an a-hole my dad can be... But yeah, great poem Rachel. Seriously. ^_^
