How do I get the site to stop sending me emails? Thanks!

Either you could block the address or go to "User CP" at the top, click on "Edit Options" from the menu on the left and unclick the area where administrators, other uses and notifications are.

Look through the "Messaging&Notifications" section to edit how you want messages to come.

umm... i did this a while ago, but now messages are back. I put "no e-mail notification" but it isn't helping??? Help!!!

Check the settings again.
Make sure they werent reset with an update/etc.
