I just cut after a month without it and this is the first time in a long time that it's on my forearm. The whole time I was thinking I wanna cut deeper but I just couldn't because everytime I cut a little deeper I got nauseous, but these shallow cuts aren't satisfying enough. I'm just nervous I'm gonna go overboard and I don't know what to do. :(

just try hard not to cut, extend the waiting periods to more and more.
eventually, you'll forget about it all.

Okay I'm pretty sure I made my last cut. My arm is so numb now, and I don't know how I'm gonna hide it. I'm so stupid I should've thought of this before I did it.

How deep was the cut you made just now? (Btw, if you cut deep, you might need it stitched)

instead of cutting try to keep yourself busy. i always find it easier to go out with friends that are supportive and care about you.
its hard to stop its been 16 days and i feel like im going to break but instead ill go take a shower and find something good to do

It wasn't deep at all really.

And now I can't go out for a little while. I have no way to cover these up and it's summer so I can't wear a jacket or anything.

The cuts really don't look so bad anymore. They're still pretty noticeable, but most probably aren't going to last long. Which is such a relief. I have so many things I want to do over the summer.

Yeah, I know they're not gonna completely go away for a while. I just need them to fade a little so I can play it off for something else and I'll be good.

That's alright then. I have scars that are over a month old from the tiniest cuts, so I was wondering how you were planning on handling it.

The small cuts can and will go away, they will take time but will not scar too badly,
If the cuts on your forearm are quite close to the wrist try wearing a sweatband over them (when they have scabbed of course and you dont think there is a chance of them opening) this will make it a lot easier for you, especially in the summer when sweatbands do not look out of scene.
Hope this helps.
