I think that a simple ruler would work fine, but a sewer meter would be better because it's more flessible and more precise

get a ruler, put the end with '0' marked at the root of your penis, check at what point your penis ends, and mark down the length.

Take a ruler. If you use the Metric system (your ruler has centimetres and millimeters) then you will have to find a centimetre to inch converter online. You measure your penis with the ruler.

A sewer meter is a measuring tape used when sewing (i think) and 1 inch is 2.5cm. :D
