Unsure of what to do

Ok, so im going out with this girl alas i have no idea why we started going out. She has Bi-polar, schizophrenia and assortment of other things (note: this is not why i want to break up with her)

The problem is i want to break up with her yet im not sure how to. If i do it she could have a panic attack or manic attack or something, which wouldnt be the best. So i was wondering how i should go about it? To make her break up with me somehow? Or how to say it nicely

You could try telling her that you guys are better off as friends

Or you could show her a bit less attention.(Inoring phone calls, less affection when you see her etc) Eventually she'll get tired of not getting the attention and probably dump you (0.o).

Try telling her something like, "Im really sorry, but things don't seem to be working out between us. Maybe we should see other people." (classic line I know) it may be hard, but at she will hopefully get over it with the support of her friends and family.
