yesss you do matter of corsee you doo and abc1723 is right just keep on going and once you get thorugh it you will be strongerr and also u can think of it as if you have hit rock bottom there is only one way and thats upp

I may be new here, but if I can help in anyway just let me know. From others posts you are obviously cared for!

If you feel like you're losing control of your mind, like you're going crazy, try to focus on something real, something constant that cant change, an object or a memory, anything, but you have to believe in it, it will hopefully give you a grounding point and a constant for your mind to latch onto.

It's helped me before, so I hope it does for you bru!

just go relax and watch a good movie ok? it'll help. um good food too. ice cream, brownies. OH! cooking helps too. you do matter. your just havin a moment. um it'll pass, don't worry.

hang on in there, i know its hard, really hard but you can do it, these things take time to sort out, but it will be worth it in the end.
