Why is it what your doing is wrong? Because it makes people cry.

so how much do you weigh, becuase there are many situations where people underestimate the optimal weight for a specific height

dont punish yourself!
1st of all- youre feeling guilty 4 cutting- so that shows ur on the rite track nd u know its wrong.
just remember its not our mistakes that make us who we are, its how we deal with them
corny i no but just take a deep breath nd start trying again.
nd maybe take one thing at a time, and leave the diet for later?
hope this helps (nd makes sense)

Why is what you are doing wrong?
1) It hurts you and the people around you, they are worried and care for you!
2) it could lead to deeper and deeper cuts then maybe one day by accident it goes too deep
3) you might turn to other forms of self harming which are not so easy to hide. like overdosing (and then most likely being sick) or hair pulling and punching. These are less easy to hide and then do you want everyone to know your doing it?
4) it can lead to depression, although it mainly derives from this, but can further more advance the seriousness and severeness of the depression
5) It can lead a long long addiction, which will harm your body in worse ways than you can imagine.
6) it will leave you scarred , which it hurts to say but its true, could lead to you losing relationships in the future as well as you being judged for them. its sad to say that people do it, but they do.
There 6 valid reasons why it is bad.
