Masturbation causes Acne?

Hi everyone.
I'm 14. I get acne, you know like any normal teen going through puberty. It totally sucks though :(

Anyways, not only is the ugly acne enough but I've been made fun of before about something else. The kids in my class don't really get pimples, so i don't know if this is just something they created to tease me more. Once some kid told me " so are you having fun " then he pointed to his forehead-which is where I had some pimples (my forehead) I turned to some girl and she said that he meant whoever gets acne plays with them self (masturbates). I've only been told that once, but who knows if there talking about it with me not knowing.
The thing that scared me was, I have masturbated.
So, does masturbation lead to getting acne? Any kind of acne, a lot a little....??

No it doesn't. School myth. You'll get people on here saying 'well it's the release of hormones and it probably stimulates them to get going' and it's kind of true.
But honestly it has nothing to do with it, people who masturbate don't always get acne, acne is sadly just a part of being a teenager. You and others will have to deal with it.

I found that people cared less as you get older. So don't worry, you can masturbate all you like. :)

I'm so sorry you're getting picked on because of this. I know what 14 year old boys are like, and I'm hoping they'll let this go.
As said above. It really is just a myth.
If you want to get rid of you're acne/help reduce it, the best thing to do is just drink lots of water. The second you get into school, drink about 2 large glasses of it. Try eating fresh fruit, and continue to exercise :)

Facts:
Acne will affect 90% of teenagers.
It's caused by a bacterium, making it different from spots.
Some will get it worse than others with either mild, moderate or sever types.
Changing your diet can help, sometimes.
Doctors can prescribe steroid creams and pills that help.

I think that you should forget this myth, saying "If you believed that I, along with practically everyone else, would also be blind and deaf!" Try changing you diet a bit, but your best bet is seeing your doctor. I was in the same situation and mine has cleared up a lot (still have breakouts, because I've never arranged an "after check" to get more medication).

acne sucks!!! but yea it's just a myth as i pump the pink pistol almost every day (soz if too graphic lol) and im recovering from the kick in the teeth acne. JUST USE CLEARASIL ITS AWESOME. get the white bottle the blue one drys the crap out of your skin

Not directly, but if you use lubricant and shit, the oil will get into your skin and fuck you up.

It's probably because you touch your face, bro. Try an apricot scrub, it does wonders and is super inexpensive.

Masturbation is fine, it's natural, so on so forth. Don't let those kids get at cha. They're just looking for trouble. =)
