I think i have a stalker.Last school year i thought he was just a friendly guy who wanted to know me better so i gave him my number, i never picked up cuz he was boring now this year he started talking to me again and now. He waits creepingly(if thats a word) for me at the train station to go to school. Then today he walked down my path to walk with me, and while waiting for the train he held my hand. This afternoon i wanted to let him down and see what was up. I asked him a few questions and then he grabbed my hand, at first i thought it was sweet but then he asked me to be his bf, i hardly know him. Later on he leaned in for a kiss and i said no and pushed him back. Then out of the blue my friends come and right before they do he says "i love you". i barely know him and he says that. I tell him were not a couple and later on i walk with him to try and understand, im a reasonable person so id like to hear his side. He kept asking where i live so i kept dodging my house and street, later on i asked him and he says "i just love you" and i dont think he was lying. Stupidly i said if he answered why he loves me i would give him that kiss he has been trying to get for the last hour, i have him a 1 second peck on the lips and i could tell he wanted another cuz he went for another. Theni tried to dodge him because he said he had no probelm walking me home, so i took a different route and called my friend and pretend like she was my mom. she did a good job and i took a long way home i could see him watching me from the corner i left him at, paranoid that he would be following me. But igot home and i dont think he knows where i live but its still scary and the last resort i can think of is cussing him out and like slapping him.
Idk if its all the movies but i think if i regect him he may snap and do something dangerous like really stalk me or even kill himself.
Im sorry if its so long i just needed all the details on the table so you can see what im working with

It got worse!!! I had to go outside and i was just walking and he came up outta no where. I had my dog(rest his soul) and i had to take him home so he followed me home. He started peering in my gate then knocked on my door. Then later i told him off and slapped him, at 9:00 on a school night he came to my HOUSE! i was so freaked! all i have left is the police or beat him cuz he is pissing me off! Which is like the best plan to go after this, i think if i continue telling him off he may like kill himself or me and if i call the police he may even get worst.

Tell him you are not interested and you want him to saty away from yuo otherwise you'll call the police. Don't be belligerent, just matter of fact.

Tell your folks what's going on, too, and let them get involved. Maybe a call to his folks (you didn't mention his age, i'm assuming he's a minor), or let them call the police on your behalf.

Stalking is very serious, and if it doesn't stop after you firmly let him know so, it often requires a call to *some*authority, be it his folks or the police (or school personnel if it's happening on school property).
