So, here's a couple poems I wrote... The first one has a reply poem to it that my boyfriend wrote, if you want to read it here's the link: http://seth48.deviantart.com/art/How-Could-a-Man-Love-a-Beach-108264144
How Could a Beach Love a Man?
Feeling the soft waves crashing upon my shore
With each crash another emotion is unleashed
Upon my beach
One of sorrow
One of lust
One of happiness
The waves are never-ending
Each one bringing on a new feeling
Every person on my beach knows this
All of them come here when it is their time
Some for the depression
Some for the greed
Some for the rush
Not a one had ever stayed for them all
Until now
Someone has new has stepped onto my beach
Staying even when his time here has passed
Getting to know him
Falling in love
Oh, but how can a beach love a man?
People come and go
Their marks only surface-level
All but one
The man that never leaves
The man that I love
Time passes
The waves still crash upon my shore
Each one bringing on a new feeling
Every person on my beach knows this
All of them come here when it is their time
And leave when it has passed
The man is becoming more beach with every passing feeling
The sorrow gouging into him
Turning him into the grains of sand upon my shore
The lust making him want more
Forcing him to become one with my beach
The happiness becoming his favorite of them all
His time to sit and enjoy the beach
Enjoy the view
Still I wonder why he is here
Why he did not leave when his time came
My beach accepts him
And with every passing feeling I love him more
Oh, but how can a beach love a man?
Slowly over time the man is broken down
Until he is one with the beach
Oh, but how can a beach love a man?
When the man becomes the beach
Finally!
The answer is here
And finally
I find out why the man had never left my beach
Because he had fallen in love with the beach
And wanted to know the answer to his question,
How could a man love a beach?

Discovered
My heart is beating quickly
My breath races passed my lips
Silence creeps over
I have been discovered
Footsteps in the hall
There is nowhere to hide
I cry out silently to all
I have been discovered
My face is gaunt
My eyes are haunted
They are here now
I have been discovered
It has not been long
Yet my hope withers like those before me
I stand with others around me
I have been discovered
I am alone
Yet people stand beside me
Robbed of hope, of confidence
We have been discovered
