Firstly, quite often, under my penis' foreskin, it gets really smelly.. untill after I wash but it gets smelly really quickly :F
Secondly, At the beggining of my penis, around it and just going onto my balls, I have these miniature little spot things, kind of like goose bumps but permanent ones.. what's up?
Thanks

to answer your first question it sounds like smegma jsut make sure when your in the shower that you pull your foreskin back over the head and jsut clean out behind there
adn to answer your second question it sounds like youve got some hair coming up

Thanks for a good answer to question 1 :)
Could I get a more detailed answer for number 2? And if it makes any difference, yes I do have alot of pubic hair..

I think calum means that there Hair Follicles. Basically, there just the lumps where hair will begin to grow. So it's not a problem. I assume that's what you mean, and this is only going by your description remember.

it sounds like they are hair follicles(or whatever their called), so you'll most likely end up having more hair around that area

Oh phew! That does sound like what you're saying. I thought that I might have something wrong with me =P That's a relief of my chest. How long after these folliciles will the hair grow?
Thanks for these answers, they've been really helpful.

No idea. Depends on your body really, no one can predict that accuratly. You'll just have to wait for them to grow.
Also if you have anything else you want to know about puberty etc, read this puberty guide:

It's got good stuff in it. Of course, anything not in there, ask some more questions. :)
