Well most guys have to pee after orgasm because their body wants to get rid of any extra semen/sperm left in the urethra (tube that it comes out of). After orgasm, your body is more relaxed, so its not that hard to just let it flow out :)

Well that kinda was my answer, but I guess I didn't word it correctly. I meant to say that even though your body never arrived at orgasm, that doesn't mean sperm never entered the urethra. I'm assuming precum leaks out when you play with yourself? That stuff still needs to be flushed out, even if you didn't have a full blown ejaculation. I don't think this could be anything problematic, unless it burns when you urinate or something like that.
