I've had that before!
Try and forget about it.
DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF CHEESE ITCH IT! It WILL make it worse, and it WILL make it spread. Leave it alone.
If nothings working for it that you've tried, just wait for the doc. It's probably not spreading as much as you think it is.

It could be a nest of baby spiders, I've heard of that happening. They all hatch, and you happen to be int he wrong place at the wrong time.

Other than that, I'd advise not to itch it, maybe put an ice pack or cool towel on it, talk to your parents about it, and maybe go to the doctor early/ER if it gets really bad.

It could be an allergic reaction, as i get those alot and they look pretty similar to them...so if you think that is the case go a get patch tested for possible allergies

If it keeps getting worse, it could be soirisice (I have NO idea how to spell it, but my mom gets it alot. thats just the spelling of the way you say it.) Otherwise, put some cream on or go to the dr's.

That looks like xma (unsure of the spelling), you have nothing to worry about, its something thats isnt going to kill you but is bloody annoying. keep away from heat, it will make it worse!

I've had this before, it goes...the doctor will give you some kinda cream to rub on it

With any rash that has suddenly appeared fast, always take a clear glass and then press it down over it, and see if it disappears or not. If it does not fade under pressure it may be worth seeking medical assessment as soon as you can. It can be a sign of meningitis.

Oblivion, that is just an urban legend. Spiders do not and never have laid their eggs in people, assuming that is what you meant by his rash being "a nest of baby spiders."
