my gf got pains in the breast

now ever since she(my gf) was 12 she had pains in her breast. Mostly her left 1. but her boobs are getting way bigger. She went from an A cup to a c cup in 3 months. Any help about these pains. And i do give her massages, Sholders and back. That sometimes helps.

Well as you mentioned the fact that they hurt and they are getting bigger I would say it's just painful because they are growing, simple
