Recently I was delighted to find my penis grew just under an inch :)

Pretty impressive for a few weeks.

5.2" now, however in the last 2 months or so I havn't grown at all. Is my penis growth over or does it just go in waves?

you are growing at a perfectly normal rate for 13. and yes, all men experience growth spirts when going through puberty. so take it as it comes, ok?
