WOW! I'm So Happy, I Was Self Harming This Morning, And Then After The Third Cut I Was Thinking And Just Shouted - Fuck This! Threw My Knife On The Floor Then Chucked It Away :D I'm So Happy I Did That. My Throughts Now Are - What The Fuck Is The Point Anymore!? I Don't Think I'll Ever Do It Again.

Remember this feeling of achievement if you ever feel the need to grab another knife.
Its very hard and takes a long time to finally stop but aslong as you have the right attitude then i know you will manage! :)

Apologies for the slightly late response.

I am so overjoyed to hear that. I absolutely love these success stories we get on VT, they make me smile lots. :)

I admire your attitude and recognisition towards this. I see a such a good future blooming if you keep this up. It takes up a hell of a lot strength to just suddenly decide that you no longer want this anymore, you should feel proud - I certainly am. :)
