Can't Get a Full Erect

Hi , well i'm kinda worried Cause I'm 13 ..
and I can rarely get a full boner , usually it's just out but not full and hanging there. Also I can't ejaculate. I have woken up with sperm on my penis. But I can never get myself off.. And my friend can ejaculate in 2 minutes and has barely started puberty where I'm farther in.

are you just not getting horny enough? when you say you can't ejaculate, do you mean you have never ejaculated or that this is a recent problem? just because your friends can go in 2 mins dosent mean you have to. watch porn or do what ever you have to do to get horny and then masterbate for a good 15 - 30 minuts. speed is not everything. theres no time to enjoy the session if your done in 2 minuts.

maybe your not getting horny enuf, and do u get erections in the mornings? if not that, then ya theres deff sumtin wrong, in the morning its been talked about that having a full bladder does that, cus all males get erect in the mornings, if theres a problem they don't. If this occurs then theres your answer

Give it time mate No Worry's your just not developed enough some people don't develop the same way which may be why your friend can ejaculate and you can't just give it time.
