That may be right, but then again you may just be a late bloomer. Either way try not too worry too much. It cant feel good it you're behind you mates etc., but it happens, its normal and its not a sign that anything's wrong. Puberty has a different timetable for every individual person and there's nothing we can do to change that. Hang in there.

You are totally fine, and there are guys around here as old as 17 and who were fully developed in every other way but who could not ejaculate. Despite your size it is pretty impressive that you have grown pubic hair, and it clear that you are going to be going through some changes very soon possibly as early as this summer. Developing pubes is generally a good sign, and my guess is that you are going to be showing some real growth soon.

As for ejaculating, the reality is that you are getting most of the feelings through dry orgasms anyway, and ejaculating semen is not a major difference in the greater scheme of things. As long as you are getting an orgasm, then you are all right. For a guy your size you should be happy that you have a developed sex drive and can masturbate as a lot of guys like you are still like little kids in terms of sexuality.
