ok there alot of people say like 5 - 7 inches is not small but do they mean 5-7 inches erect or 5-7 inches soft???:what: (btw if u diden't get it i am talkin about peineses)

Erect.
Between 4.5 and 7 inches is average for an adult male.

The only way to measure a penis is when its erect. The soft size varies too much.
So, yes, 5-7 inches is average erect size.
