i just dont get my space...how do people get those neat backrounds

and most of all the bugs me how do i put music on there?

Most people use an editor (google for "myspace editor) or if you know HTML. Write it yourself ;)
To put a song on your profile you need to find the song you want on another page (probably the bands page) then click add on the song. It will then appear on your profile.

anyone see cnbc 's report about myspace, as they put it its a shopping center for sexual predators, and something about aol trying to launch something similar as myspace for themselves, it was kinda creepy, they said that alot of children have been kidnapped or molested and most of it was linked to myspace.

they were like 7 and 13yo kids were on my space....but it only allowed me to sogn on under the age of 18 so thats what i had to put

I don't. I host games, and play with friends from real life, or just make a page on tripod geocities or pay for one to get something a tid bit nicer with more room to put w/e you want on your own site. As for those kids, did they lie about their age and have 18 or did they have 7 or thirteen down and still get on? ...

I still don't get why people bother with the site, to each his own though.

Meh I don't go on that much. Like was said it's better to get your own site but I created a myspace to shut my fucking friends up. friendship at its best? i made one with a fake mail address just to get the pics from a friends cuz well... they were cute pics, so ya...

I have pretty much every main browser out there installed (IE, Mozilla, Opera, Avant and Maxthon)
Maxthon being my favourite, Avant is a close second :)

Though I've tried Maxthon and liked it, except it wasn't that fast - kind of clunky to say the least :? Like I said, personal preference.
