You could be a late bloomer so you mighttt just only get precum. Maybe keep going for longer/faster, or just wait till your older.

Do you stop wanking when the liquid comes out. The clear liquid is precum, it comes out and acts like lube. The orgasm should follow but may be several minutes away. Only way is to not stop but keep going. At 13 the orgasm may not be the muscular jerking of older boys, but just a intense feeling. Sounds like you haven't hit puberty yet, when you do your clear liquid will become white and increase in ammount and you will orgasm for sure, as well as grow.

i do get a nice feeling, but after the liquid comes out i usually stop 1-2 mins later.

If you are getting a "nice feeling" and the sticky stuff comes out after or during those feelings, then you had an orgasm and an ejaculation based upon my reading your situation. Basically, you are just like any of us.
