I think I'm exaggerating a little my eating habits, I've always been a health person, I mean, I eat good, i don't do a lot of exercise but I try, everything was ok but... Everything took place when I watched for first time the tv show "You are what you eat" with Gillian McKeith. I simply love this program. The bad thing of this is that now I don't like eat meat or something like that because I think they will make some disorder in my health.
Any advise??? What can I do????
Thankyou

What is your question exactly?
If you're questioning if eating meat is a good idea or not; there's nothing wrong with it. Meat is a good source of fibre, protein and in most cases iron.

Meat is a poor source of fibre.

Yer you're right actually.
My point still stands to the original poster; what is your question exactly?

My exactly question is: What should I do??, change my eating habits (and just eat vegetables) or continue with my normal eating habits.

If you want to give up meat, there's nothing wrong with that. What is important is to make sure you're getting enough of the right nutrients to support your body.

If you're not comfortable eating meat, things like Quorn for example, are good meat substitutes because it can taste like chicken in your stir fry's and is made from Soya, which is very good for you.
If not, try cutting certain meats out of your diet and see how you do?
Like, only eating chicken and fish (which is basically what I do, because it's cheaper and I can't digest beef - which is why I also eat Quorn).
Here, I found this online, in case you wanted more information --> http://www.quorn.co.uk/
Hope that helps. x

Eat healthy food it does not matter what you should eat ....
a proper diet is necessary for every individual and eat in a limited way by monitoring your calorie intake...

If you're really serious about cutting meat out of your diet completely, make sure you do your research first. You need to figure out how you plan to continue to take in all the nutrients you can only get from meat, whether it be via supplements or alternative foods. You can't just revert to only eating vegetables, because you'll get really sick. I've seen it happen to a lot of my friends.
