i've been with my latest girlfriend about 2 months now we are both 16. ... And she's willing to do everything but sex... Anytime i try.. she says "No Stop". What should i do should i ask her why she does'nt want to or if she's a virgin? Or help me please?

If you genuinely like her, you don't need to have sex. But if it is on your mind, just casually ask her what about it she's afraid of. But a clear no means no. If you push her you will get dumped and as Adam said it would be attempted rape

I agree with the others who said you should talk to her.
If you are willing to have sex with her then you should be ready to talk about it aswell.
Find out where your boundaries are with each other, how far you are both willing to go and why.
