Hiding scars

I heard that dermablend leg and body cover hides tattoos really well, I even watched a youtube video were someone showed it, but I tried looking for dermablend at walmart and walgreens, I couldn't find it :(, anyone know where I could find it?
(Possibly other than online, but if I can't find anywhere thats my last option)
