I have a guy friend who I've liked for a couple months now. He's one of my best friends. But I'm not openly gay to anybody, so its just a secret crush, which of course frustrates me.
Lately I've been pondering the idea that maybe he's gay too. It started as wishful thinking, but my question is are there any signs that he might be gay?
He's made out with one girl, ever (I've made out with girls too, so I dont think that necessarily makes him straight). But it never worked out as a relationship, she lives far away and had a bf. And ever since he's been frustrated and determined to find a girlfriend. He's my only friend like that, like he needs to prove something to himself and/or us. And I remember I used to feel that same way, I would have done anything for a decent gf just for proof like that.
Everytime we get drunk, he gets upset sort of. I've never really nailed down why, but its related to girls in some way. I try to talk to him about it everytime, but he doesn't give up any direct information, I just have to base what I think of my assumptions of why he's upset. And as I think more I've began to wonder, what if he's gay too? If he has this same inner secret? I can just see it in his eyes sometimes..
But anyway, I don't really need you guys to analyze that short story and base your advice on that, becuase obviously there is so much more that goes into this than just a few paragraphs, thats just as much as I felt like explaining here.
What I do need, is some advice on what some signs might be that someone is gay or questioning it deep down?
