Blood Lipids

I have to take a blood lipid test tomorrow and I am thinking about doing DXM tonight. I would most likely be pretty high in the morning, but what about the drugs in my blood? Would that screw up the results? Reveal drug abuse? Also, I am going to dose maybe around 10, and the trip can last over 7 hours. Do you think I could sober up by 8 AM?

I was still high (a little) and my liver functions were way high.
