It becomes red on the top and it hurts when I pull the foreskin back. The foreskin is also really slippery. What is this?

The foreskin is 'slippery' probably b/c it (and the part underneath that's exposed as you retract) is moist and when you pull it back, it's kinda thin, so it feels *that* way. Also, if you cannot retract it fully, as you pull it back, it stretches and looks red b/c it's thin and you can see the blood vessels and all underneath. If you can't fully retract, when you reach the maximium point of retraction, it will hurt. This is normal for guys who cannot fully retract, you need to just continue slowly pull it back as far as it will go, preferably in the shower and when you urinate. Don't force it, it will take some time.

Next time you see your doc, show him.
