Really need some help(puberty)

so basically, i'm 12 years old. i'm nearing the end of 6th grade, and i'll be 13 next febuary. I'm almost 5', my voice hasn't dropped yet, and i have blond peach fuzz, around my penis. i first noticed the peach fuzz, probably back in December or January. To my knowledge, it really hasn't grown much since, maybe a few more strands of hair but nothing you can notice unless you're in the light....i masturbate some times, but I can't ejaculate, all that happens when i get super super horny, is i feel super tingly, and when that happens i can't take it for more than 30 seconds, then i have to stop.

so my question is, have i hit puberty, is the peach fuzz around my penis pubes? i'm really confused :confused:

so if you guys could help me out i'd greatly appreciate it.

Yes You've hit puberty but your just starting your only 12 you have years to go most guys don't even start until 13.
