In your experience, have you found that it's usually boys who masturbate more than girls or is it the other way around? Why may some people think certain things? Why do you think that it's like this?

You know, I actually think men do. But I dont know, men are more open about it (to me atleast) than women.

definiltly guys girls always say noo i dont masterbate and stuff or they jus covering up but i dont no a guy who doesnt

This is a tough one. I'm always reading about the girls who do it A LOT, and then guys as well. I would say close to equal.

Males do physically have more testosterone, which strengthens the sex drive. So I'm thinking males.

There are a lot of factors that determine frequency of masturbation, like age, health, sex drive, etc. But I believe the research indicates that men masturbate *more* than women do. Aside from the sociocultural factors, men experience the sex drive much more intensely, and there's an immediacy to it that literally drives men to seek release thru masturbation.

I would say that guys orgasm more. Which is basically every time they jack off...well supposed to be...but even without the orgasming bit, I think guys masturbate more....but then it goes back to your definition of masturbation. Is it considered masturbation if a girl just gently rubs her vagina? Or is some type of penetration needed?

Hrm...anyways. In short, guys.

I think that they both masturbate, but seeing that males having a greater sex drive, not only do they do it more, they are also more open about it.

That seems plausible to me. But then again, it seems difficult to imagine a female orgasm. But then again (again), I bet that girls would be thinking the same about boys. Boys do have a greater sex drive though so it also seems perfectly plausible that they do masturbate more.
