To be all honest with you my routine is well.....

Eat right
Run/physical activity 1-2 hrs a day
Situps as much I can do----I started at 20 and added 20 each week
Pushups much as I can do----I started at 20 and added 20 each week

Here's what I do:

Weights - 5 kg each dumbell, 12 reps, 3 sets
Pushups - as many as I can (usually about 10 then rest then anither 10)
Situps - as many as I can (20, rest, another 20)

I do this every other day, it works over time, just gotta keep at it

Daily
i do 25 push ups
50 sit ups
swim 15 laps in my pool
not daily.
and go running a mile every other day :)
