well it depended ur age and where u live
as far as i know it is legal to date this person if ur 16, i was 15 and dated a 24 yr old and it didn;t turn out so good
but if you really like this person see what happens and maybe if ur lucky u might get him
but in my opinion its probably better if u guys don't date just incase u get caught and he can go 2 jail for dating a youth
