thats the frenulum and that keeps the foreskin attached to the head that doesnt break when you have sex

Yeah, there's no ohysical sign to tell if a guy is a virgin or not. Only mental.

There is no outward sign that a boy is a virgin, and Maverick has hit the nail on the head. Even for girls the absence of a hymen does not necessarily mean that she is not a virgin as girls can break their hymen in many other ways besides sexual intercourse, and some girls are even born without one.

What i was thinking. There isn't really a way to tell for sure (unless it's unbroken) for females either, since masturbation (or other activity) can break the hymen.

Other than that, you have to take their word and check out how ready and experienced they seem.

Even if there was a sign of virginity, wouldn't it be broken upon masturbation (note that masturbating doesn't strip you of your true virginity)?

No, I'm uncut, there is no physical thing that changes when a guy loses his virginity.

As others have said, an unbroken hymen is a definite sign that a girl is a virgin but a broken hymen doesn't necessarily mean that she's not. Many girls can break the hymen through sport & gym or through masturbating.

Some teacher in my school reckons you can tell if a girl or guy is a virgin or not by looking at their face/eyes. >_> Something to do with how virgins have some "innocent" look.
