There are absolutely NO benifits to it, so don't even try.
But the dangers include, tearing the tissue (Which means scars, which might not grow back straight (You'll have a bent penis)), burst blood vessels (Which means NASTY bruises on your penis), and other temporary and permanent issues, such as loss of feeling (Numbness), loss of tenderness (Masturbation and sex won't be a pleasureful as they once were), and ED (Not really being able to get an errection without some form of sergical or medical treatment.)

most people think its a good thing to make your penis as large as possible... but really 6" should be big enough, if its to big you may have problems during sex[from what it sounds like jelquing stretches your penis...when something gets streched it gets thiner and longer not increasing the size.]

Jelquing can help the health of the penis in terms of circulation - there are many sites around that detail the proper way to do it. Some reckon it can make your penis bigger, but takes a long time and dedication, i think a lot of the gains are due to better circulation making erections a bit longer and harder - like a good erection day. Just search on the net for free jelquing routines and give it a go if it sounds good to you...
