It's called the foreskin, one can have it removed, those do not have it, most oftern have it removed at birth as opposed at an older age. The process is known as circumcision, and if you no longer have a foreskin you are know as being circumcised or 'cut'.

Are you cut or uncut? My guess is its the evidence of your circumcision.

Well I'm uncut so dont have the experience to compare. But almost certainly its the join area between what was cut and what remains. (Why do people do this?) Anyway. I'm sure some cut guys with more direct experience will reply...

I'm thinking it's the scar that you got when you were circumcised.

iI you're circumcised, there's a thin brown line that runs around your penis about 1/3 way down. Then, just above that, is what I recall is the 'sulcus' (someone might want to double check that, I'm not sure) which is present on all penises regardless of foreskin, although it's easier to see when there's no foreskin covering it. It is a tan color, about 1/4" or so.

that ring will be the scar of your circumcision---- i have it and all my cousins and brothers have, in fact most circumcised people have it although some might not. it depends on the clap used to circumcised you or your skin colour

I'm sure its normal, if you have concerns talk to your guardian/parent and see a doctor!

It's mostly the scar of circumcision.
